I understand that my painting must be original, created by me, and completed in accordance with the competition rules during the official competition period.

I agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations, including traffic, parking, and pedestrian safety requirements.

I grant the Overton County Arts Council permission to photograph me and my artwork and to use those images for promotional, educational, archival, and social media purposes without additional compensation.

I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and for my artwork and equipment. I release and hold harmless OCAC, Paint Livingston, the City of Livingston, sponsors, judges, volunteers, & participating property owners from liability for injury, loss, theft, or damage arising from my participation, except to the extent caused by their gross negligence or willfull misconduct.
