The mission of Overton County Arts is to cultivate and promote the visual arts for the benefit of all Overton County, Tennessee residents and visitors. We are especially focused on enhancing art education for K-12 students. Join us. We are a 501(c)3 tax-exempt nonprofit organization.
While we enthusiastically support all the arts, our focus is on traditional fine arts such as drawing, painting, printmaking, photography, and sculpture; media arts including film, graphic novels, comics, animation, and other emerging technologies; and finely crafted works in clay, wood, paper, glass, fiber, metal, and other materials.

Board Member & Treasurer
Jennifer Ledbetter
Jennifer Ledbetter is the controller at the Livingston Regional Hospital. She earned her BA in Accounting from Tennessee Tech and her MA in Accounting from the University of the Cumberlands. She and her husband Shawn are lifelong residents of Livingston. They have our four kids who keep them very busy with organized sports, dancing and archery.

Gene Gantt
Gene Gantt is CEO of Eventa LLC, a Livingston based healthcare company. He is Chairman of the Livingston Downtown Redevelopment Committee.

Darren Oliver
Darren Oliver is the owner of Overton County News, a division of Oliver Media, LLC. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee in 1992, Oliver moved back to his hometown of Livingston to work with his dad in the family business of news, advertising and marketing, graphic design, and custom printing. Oliver’s concentration in college was in graphic design and photography. Being around family, friends, and Dale Hollow Lake and staying involved in the community has always been very important to him.

Tim Richardson
Tim Richardson is the founder and chairman of Enliven, LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in negotiating beverage partnerships between top global beverage companies and corporations in the hospital, restaurant, hospitality and airport sectors. He received his BA and MA degrees in English from the University of Georgia. After spending thirty-one years in Nashville, Tim and his wife Rita are now enjoying semi-retirement in Livingston, Tennessee.

Zach Stephens
Zach Stephens is a native of Livingston and the President & CEO of the Livingston-Overton County Chamber of Commerce. Previously, he was the Founder & Principal of ZDStephens Company, a public affairs agency with operations statewide. An alumnus of Livingston Academy and Tennessee Tech University, he has built a career in economic development, political consulting, and public relations, serving various organizations, including political campaigns, associations, and corporations.

Mitchell White
Mitchell White is a native of Livingston, Tennessee. He earned his BS in Art Education at Tennessee Technological University, with a focus in painting. He is an art instructor at Cookeville High School in Cookeville, Tennessee, where he also serves as the chairman of the department of fine arts.

Evan Wright
Evan Wright is an attorney practicing in Livingston, Tennessee, and the surrounding area. He founded Wright & Wright, LLP with his wife and fellow attorney, Emily Wright. Evan’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation and local government. By way of his practice, and his relationships across the region and state, Evan stays engaged with the community and involved with numerous efforts to grow and enhance the quality of life in the Upper Cumberland region. He serves on the board of One Bank and is active in several other legal, civic and nonprofit organizations.
